As announced at our AGM in July, TACS will no longer organise an Annual Tile Fair<\/strong> in Nottingham and this year\u2019s tile fair has been cancelled. Many members will have fond memories of the fair, but sadly there are not enough dealers or visitors to warrant an event in the internet age. <\/p>\n

TACS members are cordially invited to a Northern Ceramics Society meeting \u2018Shropshire Art Pottery and Tiles, Coalport and Jackfield<\/strong>\u2019 on Saturday 11th October at YHA Coalport. John Malam will talk about Salopian Art Pottery at 11.30am. Light lunches will be available to buy at YHA Coalport or Jackfield Tile Museum. From 2pm you can view collections on display and in store with curator Kate Cadman and museum volunteers, with a focus on art pottery, the tile store and Charles Lynam\u2019s \u2018model\u2019 tile factory.
